According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1995, N 12, the Art. 247) and the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 24, 2011 N UP-4354 "About Additional Measures for Forming of the Most Favorable Business Environment for Further Development of Small Business and Private Entrepreneurship" (2011, N 34-35, Art. 344) the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Make additions to the Instruction on the organization of cash work, collection and transportation of values in commercial banks approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 17, 2008 N 12/2 (рег. N 1831 of June 27, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, N 26-27, Art. 258) according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
