About modification of Rules of recovery of action of the patent for object of industrial property

In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2011 N 166 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Agency for intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, N 22-23, Art. 236) order:

1. Make changes to the Rules of recovery of action of the patent for object of industrial property approved by the order of the director of the State patent authority of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 11, 2009 N 33 (рег. N 1937 of April 7, 2009) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, N 15, the Art. 193), according to appendix (the text is provided in Uzbek).

2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
