About entering of amendments into some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Article 4 of the Law on enforcement of the Section III of the Tax code No. 1417XIII of December 17, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to add with part (133) the following content:
"(133) the Value added tax is not applied during the importing and/or delivery to the territory of the country of the goods and services intended for the "System Recovery on Sewage Treatment of the City of Nisporen" project, provided by Agency on development of the Czech Republic on the basis of the memorandum concluded between Agency on development of the Czech Republic and primeriya of the city of Nisporen signed on April 28, 2010 in Chisinau, realized by primeriya of the city of Nisporen and Sduzeni Nisporeni association which part Centrum inovaci a rozvoje of the lake of s are ". (CIR o.s.)", "Topol Water s.r.o." and "VHS Kubicek s.r.o.".".
Art. II. - In the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of January 1, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following additions:
1. Add Article 28 with the Item n 2) of the following content:
"n 2) the goods (services) imported on the territory of the country, intended for the "System Recovery on Sewage Treatment of the City of Nisporen" project, provided by Agency on development of the Czech Republic on the basis of the memorandum concluded between Agency on development of the Czech Republic and primeriya of the city of Nisporen signed on April 28, 2010 in Chisinau, realized by primeriya of the city of Nisporen and Sduzeni Nisporeni association which part Centrum inovaci a rozvoje o.s are ". (CIR o.s.)", "Topol Water s.r.o." and "VHS Kubicek s.r.o.";".
2. To add notes to appendix 2 with Item 13 of the following content:
