About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drinking water"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drinking water" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1999, No. 8, the Art. 394) the following changes:
1. In Article 5:
part in paragraph seven "utility" to exclude 1 word;
the offer second of part 2 to state in the following edition: "In these cases source of financing are the republican, local budgets, extrabudgetary funds of the state organizations and other sources which are not contradicting the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
2. In paragraph five of part 1 of Article 6 of the word of "the owners of apartments who are in common ownership" shall be replaced with words "being common property owners of rooms".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
