In the Order of the Government No. 1167 of October 16, 2008. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, No. 189, of the Art. 1173), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

a) at the end to add Item 11 of the Resolution with the text", with additional support in the amount of 50 lei for the cold period from November, 2011 to March, 2012";

b) to add Item 471 of the Regulations on procedure for establishment and payment of social benefit after paragraph two with the new paragraph of the following content:

"During the period from November, 2011 to March, 2012 the list of receivers of benefit for the cold period of year and the report on allowance payment for the cold period of year are constituted proceeding from the total amount of benefit of 200 lei.".
