Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 3, the Art. 158) the following amendment:
item 4 of article 45 after the words "from arrest" to add with words "adoption (adoption) of the child who is the citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
