About modification and amendments in the Traffic regulations approved by the Order of the Government No. 357 of May 13, 2009.

The government DECIDES:

In the Traffic regulations approved by the Order of the Government No. 357 of May 13, 2009. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 92-93, of the Art. 409), with subsequent changes and amendments, to enter the following changes and amendments:

1) in appendix No. 1:

1) of Item 20 to add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:

"At the level of red signal of the three-colored traffic light to the right of this signal the additional plate with arrow of green color on black background which is directed to the right can be established. In this case, after vehicle stop on red signal, observing extra care, movement in the direction of arrow is allowed";

4) of Item 58 to add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:

"If at the level of red signal to the right of it the additional plate with arrow of green color on black background which is directed to the right is established, the driver can continue movement in the direction of arrow in case of red signal from extreme right strip of the carriageway only after stop. At the same time, the driver shall not create obstacles to other participants of movement, endanger the pedestrians having the right to movement who pass the carriageway, and the transport drivers moving on green signal of the traffic light";

2) In the explanatory note to appendix No. 3 to the Traffic regulations "Values of Route Signs and Feature of Their Application", in the Section VI "Signs of the additional information (additional plates)" to replace subitems 6.23.1-6.23.5 with subitems 6.23.1-6.23.6 and to add at the end with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The plate 6.23.6 specifies the direction of movement permitted in case of red signal of the traffic light and is established at the level of red signal to the right of it".

The Section "Devices of the Light Alarm System", category "Transport Traffic Lights" to add 3) in appendix No. 2 with the following drawing:
