About modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 2001 No. 549 "About some questions of functioning of national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 7, 2001 No. 549 "About some questions of functioning of national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2001, No. 6, Art. 56; 2009, No. 33 of the Art. 308) following change:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Determine that the cash withdrawal of tiyn from currency circulation is performed till December 31, 2012 inclusive.".
2. This Decree becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
