in Rules of differentiation by the power supplying organizations of rates for electrical energy for zones of days and (or) depending on the amounts of its consumption by physical persons approved by the specified order:

"The size of consumption of electrical energy for which exceeding the payment on the maximum rate is levied is established by authorized body in coordination with local executive body (akimat of area, city of republican value, the capital) separately for living alone retirement pensioners, disabled people, participants of the Great Patriotic War and specified persons equated to them to persons, using and not using electric stoves, except for having more than one premises (apartments) in property.".
2. To territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies to make changes to earlier made decisions where the cases provided by the paragraph the fourth Item 1 of this order take place.
