According to Item 12 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2000 N 349 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the budget of the Republic of Belarus for 2000" (2000, N 30, 5/2803) the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus decides the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus:
Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for use of the amounts released in connection with release of the public institutions of culture financed from the budget from the tax discharge on profit and the value added tax (except the value added tax which is subject to payment in case of commodity importation on customs area of the Republic of Belarus) regarding the means received from implementation of business activity, and the direction them on strengthening of material and technical resources of these organizations.
