In pursuance of Item 12 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 17, 2000 N 349 "About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the budget of the Republic of Belarus for 2000" (2000, N 30, 5/2803) the State committee on science and technologies of the Republic of Belarus decides the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for use of the amounts released in connection with release of the public scientific institutions financed from the budget from the tax discharge on profit and the value added tax (except the value added tax which is subject to payment in case of commodity importation on customs area of the Republic of Belarus) regarding the means received from implementation of scientific activities, and the direction them on development of the material and technical resources necessary for scientific process.
2. The order of the State committee on science and technologies of May 18, 1999 N 115 "About approval of the Procedure for use in 1999 of the means received from implementation of scientific activities" (1999, N 49, 8/423) to declare the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus invalid.
