ABOUT RELEASE OF COTTON FIBRE FROM TAXATION ON VALUE ADDED
1. Exempt in 2005 the cotton fiber (subline item 5201 00 Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Republic of Belarus) imported by legal entities (except for the cotton fiber imported from the Russian Federation) on customs area of the Republic of Belarus for conversion, from taxation on value added.
When using this fiber not to destination the value added tax is collected according to the legislation.
2. To assign control of target use of the cotton fiber called in Item 1 of this Decree to the State Control Committee.
