The government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- main scheme of the qualifier of types of the companies;

- group of types of economic activity for the companies of group I and II.

2. Determine that the main scheme of the qualifier of types of the companies is obligatory day of use in information systems of the state statistics of the ministry, administrative departments and companies irrespective of patterns of ownership.

3. To National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic to use the qualifier of types of the companies and to carry out classification of business entities according to the main scheme approved by this resolution.

Provide to National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic in case of discrepancy of average number of business entities to the size of total amount of turnover the right of free type definition of the companies.

4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 15, 1995 No. 39 "About approval of the Main scheme of the qualifier of types of the companies".
