2. Approve organizational bases and the principles of creation of the integrated foreign exchange market of the State Parties of the CIS (are applied).

3. Implementation of functions on coordination of the measures directed to accomplishment of this Decision to assign to Interstate currency committee.

4. Ask the governments of the states which signed this Decision, and also the Central (national) Banks of the states of the Commonwealth to render assistance in forming of legal and organizational conditions for ensuring effective functioning of the integrated foreign exchange market of the State Parties of the CIS.

5. This Decision becomes effective from the date of signing.

It is made in the city of Moscow on April 25, 2003 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
