1. Accept gratuitously in republican property the medical equipment according to appendix belonging to the Belarusian republican fund "Mutual Understanding and Conciliation", imported by it in 2005 into the Republic of Belarus under the contract with "Dayreks Medikal Sistems Ltd." (Israel) of May 3, 2005 No. 1075/7/A and assign it on the right of operational management to public institution "the 432nd awards of the Red Star the main military clinical hospital of Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus" for further use.
Exempt the called fund from payment of customs duties, charges and the value added tax for the imported equipment listed in appendix to this Decree.
Confer the personal responsibility for target use of this equipment on the Minister of Defence and the chief of the specified public institution.
2. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
