About release from taxation by customs duties and the value added tax of the raw materials imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus for production bakery and pasta, compound feeds, alcohol and beer

For the purpose of control of increase in prices for main products of food I decide:

1. Exempt from September 1, 1999 to September 1, 2000 from taxation by customs duties and the value added tax the Republic of Belarus imported on customs area grain and other raw materials for production bakery and pasta, compound feeds, alcohol and beer according to appendix 1. Grain is exempted from taxation by customs duties and the value added tax in amounts according to appendix 2.

2. Determine that:

the privileges provided according to Item 1 of this Decree on payment of customs duties and the value added tax are applied on condition of approval of the contract to deliver goods, specified in appendices 1 and 2 to this Decree, to legal entities of republican pattern of ownership, and also the logging-in republican associations Belptitseprom, Belplemzhivobjedineniye and national association Glavzhivprom, with the Minister of Agriculture and Food or his first deputy, and to other legal entities - with the chairman of the relevant regional executive committee (The Minsk Gorispolkom) or his first deputy;

imported on customs area of the Republic of Belarus on the conditions provided in Item 1 of this Decree, raw materials for production of bakery products and pasta, compound feeds, alcohol and beer and also made with its application bakery and pasta, compound feeds are subject to use only in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

In case of inappropriate use of these goods customs duties and the value added tax are collected according to the legislation.

3. And pasta, compound feeds to assign control of target use of the goods specified in appendices 1 and 2 to this Decree, and also made with their application bakery to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom.
