The Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:

1. Take into consideration information of Executive committee of the CIS on the course of accomplishment of the Decision of Council of heads of states of the CIS of October 7, 2002 about creation based on the All-Russia Exhibition Centre of permanent exhibitions of the State Parties of the CIS.

2. Considering government proposal of the Russian Federation about transfer of the stand spaces of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre to use to the State Parties of the CIS for the organization of permanent exhibitions under lease, to consider it expedient to carry out further work on the matter on bilateral basis between business entities of the parties.

3. Inform Council of heads of states of the CIS on this Decision.

It is made in the city of Yalta on September 18, 2003 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
