ABOUT THE PROCEDURE FOR DELIVERIES OF GOODS (SERVICES) IN PRODUCTION COOPERATION OF THE COMPANIES AND INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS AND THE STATE PARTIES OF COMMONWEALTH OF INDEPENDENT STATES AND APPLICATION CONCERNING THEIR VALUE ADDED TAX AND EXCISES
Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for deliveries of goods (services) in production cooperation of the companies and industries of the Republic of Belarus and the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Determine that action of this provision does not extend to goods delivered for the arms production and military equipment and also the dual-use goods which are subject to export control.
2. Confer responsibility for preparation of intergovernmental agreements about production cooperation, the conclusion and implementation of bilateral industry agreements about production cooperation and specialization of production on the interested republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus.,
3. Determine that goods (services) delivered on the basis of the signed intergovernmental agreements about production cooperation are exempted from the value added tax and excises according to the procedure, established by the legislation.,
4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 5, 1995 No. 239 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for deliveries and customs clearance of goods in production cooperation of the companies and industries of the Republic of Belarus and the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1995, N 13, Art. 306; Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, N 6, Art. 140).
