According to article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation" and for the purpose of the organization of control of ensuring physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation we ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for control of ensuring physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation which is applied.

2. To provide to department of industrial and economic safety, labor protection and civil protection of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine (Onishchenko O. M.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Deputy Minister of Energy and the coal industry of Ukraine Cech S. M., the Chairman of the State agency of Ukraine on management of exclusion zone Holosh V. I., academician-secretary of Department of nuclear physics and power of National academy of Sciences of Ukraine Neklyudov I. M.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
