About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning refining of names of the main manager of means

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Make changes to such laws of Ukraine:

1) in the Nation-wide target ecological program of the treatment of radioactive waste approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Nation-wide target ecological program of the treatment of radioactive waste" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, No. 5, Art. 8; 2011, No. 30, Art. 277):

in appendix 1:

in Item 3 the word of Ministry of Emergency Situations shall be replaced with words "The state agency of Ukraine on management of exclusion zone" (further - GAZO of Ukraine)";

in item 4 of the word "the deputy minister concerning emergency situations and for protection of the population against effects of the Chernobyl catastrophic crash" shall be replaced with words "the vice-chairman of GAZO of Ukraine";

in appendix and "Mintoplivenergo" to replace 2 words of "Ministry of Emergency Situations" respectively with the words "GAZO of Ukraine" and "Minenergougol of Ukraine";

2) in appendix to the Nation-wide program of removal from operation of the Chernobyl NPP and transformation of object "Shelter" in ecologically safe system approved by the Law of Ukraine "About the Nation-wide program of removal from operation of the Chernobyl NPP and transformation of object "Shelter" in ecologically safe system" (2009, No. 24, the Art. 300) words of Ministry of Emergency Situations and Mintoplivenergo to replace sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine respectively with the words "GAZO of Ukraine" and "Minenergougol of Ukraine", and words "Minregionstroy" and "Minzhilkommunkhoz" - the words "Ministry of Regional Development of Ukraine".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
