About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning the list of subsoil plots

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Item 11 of Article 8, Item 2 of Article 9 and Item 2 of article 9-1 of the Code of Ukraine on subsoil (1994, No. 36, the Art. 340) to exclude sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

2. In article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About agreements on distribution of products" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 44, Art. 391; 2011, No. 6, Art. 47):

in paragraph one of part one of the word "are provided by the List of subsoil plots (mineral deposits) which can be provided in use on the conditions determined by agreements on distribution of products" to exclude;

in part two:

the paragraph one to exclude;

in the paragraph the second the words "inclusion of certain subsoil plot in this List" shall be replaced with words "carrying out tender on agreement signature about distribution of products of rather certain subsoil plot";

third to state the paragraph in such edition:

"Competition on agreement signature about distribution of products of rather certain subsoil plot is held in the presence of any of such conditions";

third to state part in such edition:

"3. Modification of geographical coordinates of subsoil plots (mineral deposits) concerning which the agreement is signed or competition on agreement signature about distribution of products or concerning which the Interdepartmental commission conducts negotiations concerning the conclusion of such agreement is announced, it is forbidden".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the day following behind day of its publication.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from day of the introduction in operation of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide review and cancellation by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts which contradict this Law.
