About modification of the Instruction for inventory count of fixed assets, intangible assets, inventory items, money and documents and calculations

1. Bring in the Instruction for inventory count of fixed assets, intangible assets, inventory items, money and documents and calculations approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 11.08.94 No. 69, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 26.08.94 for No. 202/412 (with changes), such changes approved by Methodological council on financial accounting under the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

1.1. To state the subitem "d" of Item 3 in such edition:

"e) according to the judgment or based on properly processed document of body which according to the law has the right to require carrying out such inventory count. In these cases inventory count shall begin in time, specified in properly processed document of the specified bodies, but not earlier than day of receipt of the relevant document by the company;".

1.2. Add subitem 11.1 of Item 11 with the paragraph of such content:

"In case of carrying out inventory count according to the judgment or based on properly processed document of body which according to the law has the right to require carrying out such inventory count, officials of relevant organ (in their consent) can be present carrying out inventory count.".

1.3. Third the subitem "an" of subitem 11.10 of Item 11 to exclude the paragraph.
