Part third of Article 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

2) in Article 37 part two:
a) in paragraph three of the word "and to the lawyer" shall be replaced with words ", to the lawyer, in the state legal bureau (in the presence)";
b) the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"meet the lawyer, the worker or the authorized person of the state legal bureau and the priest alone;";
