1. Create Council of heads of state bodies for regulation of the security markets of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

3. Ask the governments of the states which signed this Decision to notify in a month Executive committee of the CIS about the heads of state bodies delegated to structure of Council for regulation of the security markets of the State Parties of the CIS.
4. Charge to Executive committee of the CIS to organize carrying out in the closest three months of the first organizational meeting of Council of heads of state bodies on regulation of the security markets of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
5. This Decision becomes effective from the date of signing.
It is made in the city of Yalta on September 18, 2003 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
