Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the national pension social insurance" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1997, No. 8, the Art. 392) the following amendment:
to add Item 1 of Article 13 with the subitem "z" of the following content:
"h) to mothers awarded with the awards "Mother Heroine" or "Baatyr Énée" - in the amount of 1000 percent of settlement indicator.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
