About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2000, No. 5, the Art. 261) the following changes and amendment:
1. In paragraph three of Article 3 of the word of "physically disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with limited opportunities of health".
2. In paragraph five of Article 5 of the word "faces physically challenged (disabled people)" shall be replaced with words "persons with limited opportunities of health".
3. In Article 19:
in the name and part of 1 word "faces physically challenged (disabled people)" shall be replaced with words "persons with limited opportunities of health";
add Article with part of the following content:
"The state provides conditions to persons with limited opportunities of health for occupation physical culture and sport according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
4. Regarding 3rd Article 36 of the word "General Court of Jogorku Kenesh" shall be replaced with words "Jogorku Kenesh".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this Law to develop and adopt the regulatory legal acts establishing conditions for occupation physical culture and sport to persons with limited opportunities of health.
