About modification of Rules of creation, giving and consideration of the request for patent grant of the Republic of Uzbekistan on industrial design

In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 8, 2011 N 166 "About measures for the organization of activities of the Agency for intellectual property of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2011, N 22-23, Art. 236) order:

1. Make changes to the Rules of creation, giving and consideration of the request for patent grant of the Republic of Uzbekistan for industrial design approved by the order of the director of the State patent authority of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 21, 2004 N 22 (рег. N 1361 of May 20, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, N 20, the Art. 243), according to appendix.

2. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
