About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2005 No. 15
Based on subitem 4.32 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1585 "Questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus", the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for the organization of financial accounting by the state-financed organizations and centralized accounts departments servicing state-financed organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of February 8, 2005 No. 15 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 39, 8/12209; 2009, No. 56, 8/20463), following changes:
the second Item 13 and Item 14 to exclude part;
in part two of Item 28 of the word of "investigating bodies" shall be replaced with words "bodies of inquiry, pretrial investigation";
the second or fourth Item 29 to exclude parts;
the fourth Item 30 to state part in the following edition:
"Accounting records are constituted in the established forms according to the Instruction of procedure for creation and submission of accounting reports under means of budgets and means from the activities of state-financed organizations which are bringing in incomes approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus of March 10, 2010 No. 22 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 93, 8/22094).".
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication, except for the paragraph of the third Item 1, becoming effective since January 1, 2012.
