The paragraph of the sixth part two of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 26, 1992 "About environmental protection" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2002 (Vyarkhochnaga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1993, No. 1, Art. 1; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 85, 2/875; 2007, 147, 2/1335) to state No. in the following edition:

"establishes and cancels in coordination with National academy of Sciences of Belarus limits on procurement (purchase) of wild-growing plants and (or) their parts;".
