1. Bring in Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of October 20, 2006 No. 622 "About questions of revaluation of the fixed assets which are not completed by construction of facilities and the unspecified equipment" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 171, 1/8013; 2008, No. 210, 1/9972; 2009, No. 56, 1/10518; 2010, No. 237, 1/12000) following change and amendment:

1.1. state subitem 1.1 in the following edition:

"1.1. if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus, revaluation (change in value) registered in financial accounting as a part of non-current assets of the fixed assets which are not completed by construction of facilities and the unspecified equipment (further, unless otherwise specified, - property) is performed according to the procedure, determined by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus taking into account requirements of this Decree:

1.1.1. on condition of the achievement of price index of producers of industrial output of the technological appointment estimated and published by National Statistical Committee for October of the current year by the month preceding date of the last revaluation, the size of 103 percent and more:

concerning buildings, constructions and transfer devices - all organizations;

concerning the fixed assets which are not specified in the paragraph the second this subitem, not completed by construction of facilities and unspecified the oborudovaniyagosudarstvenny organizations, and also the organizations from shares of the state in authorized fund more than 50 percent which are not the commercial organizations with foreign investments;
