About some measures for optimization of activities of service centers of the population

For the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of service centers of the population the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Service center of the population" of Committee on control of automation of the state services and coordination of activities of service centers of the population of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Company).

2. Reorganize republican public institutions by accession them to the Company according to appendix to this resolution.

3. Determine:

1) authorized body of the corresponding industry concerning the Company Committee on control of automation of the state services and coordination of activities of service centers of the population of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the main object of activity of the Company provision of the state services to physical and (or) legal entities by the principle of "one window" and their automation.

4. To provide to committee on control of automation of the state services and coordination of activities of service centers of the population of the Ministry of Communications and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) submission on approval to Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the charter of the Company;

2) state registration of the Company in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
