This resolution becomes effective since December 1, 2011, except for subitems 1. 8, 1.9 and 1.16 Items 1, which become effective since January 1, 2012 of subitems 1.11 and 1.12 of Item 1, which become effective after official publication of this resolution and are applied to again signed agreements, and also to changes and additions made to earlier signed agreements.".

"4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2012, except for subitems 1.17-1.21 of Item 1, which become effective after official publication of this resolution, paragraphs of the first, second, fifth or ninth Item 2 and subitem 3.1 of Item 3, which become effective since December 1, 2011, paragraphs of the third and fourth Item 2, which become effective since January 1, 2012, subitems 3.2 and 3.3 of Item 3, which become effective since January 1, 2013".
