Bring in the order of the Chairman of Committee of registration service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 24, 2007 No. 95 "About approval of Rules of carrying out the state technical inspection of real estate and Rules of assignment of cadastral number to primary and secondary real estate objects", the following amendments:
in appendix 1 to this order:

add with Chapter 10 of the following content:
"10. Procedure for issue of the duplicate of technical data sheet on real estate object and cancellations of the original of the lost or damaged technical data sheet.
180. In cases of loss or damage of the original of technical data sheet on real estate, recovery of technical data sheet it is made by issue of RGKP "Centers for the Real Estate of Areas, Cities of Astana and Almaty" (further - the Center) the duplicate from the document which is stored in archive of the Center.
181. In case of issue of the duplicate of technical data sheet the Center makes the corresponding record about cancellation of the original of technical data sheet by putting down of stamp on inventory case.
182. Issue of the duplicate of technical data sheet by the Center confirms cancellation of the original of technical data sheet.
