About modification of some Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the subitem b) Item 10 of appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 657 of November 6, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 724), with subsequent changes and amendments, the words "Center of Hygiene and Epidemiology of Medical and Sanatorium Recovery Association" shall be replaced with words "The center of public health of Medical and sanatorium recovery association".

2. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 927 of December 31, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on Medical and sanatorium recovery association of the State office" (2010, 25) Item 15 to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to No. 5-7, of the Art. in the following edition:

"15. Financing from the government budget of activities of public medical and sanitary organizations is performed by Association at the expense of centralized money from the overall appropriations provided by the government budget for provision of services within the Industry program of the medical services which are annually developed and approved by the State office in coordination with the Ministry of Finance".
