Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 4, 1994 "About public associations" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 (Vedamasts, Vyarkhochnaga Saveta Respubl, to, Belarus, 1994, No. 29, Art. 503; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 120, 2/1133) following amendments:
1. Add Article 7 with part three of the following content:
"The activities of public associations, unions directed to assistance to provision by foreign states to citizens of the Republic of Belarus of privileges and benefits in connection with political, religious views or national identity in violation of the law are forbidden.".
2. In Article 21:
after part five to add Article with part of the following content:
"Republican and local public associations, their unions are forbidden to store money, precious metals and other values in the banks and the non-bank credit and financial organizations which are in the territory of foreign states.";
the sixth and seventh to consider parts respectively parts seven and the eighth.
Article 2. Bring in article 24 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 5, 1994 "About political parties" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 19, 2005 (Vedamasts, Vyarkhochnaga Saveta Respubl, to, Belarus, 1994, No. 30, Art. 509; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 120, 2/1132) following changes and amendments:
in part three:
in the paragraph the second shall be replaced with words the words "and organizations" ", the foreign organizations";
after paragraph two to add part with paragraphs of the following content:
"the organizations with foreign investments;
