1. Determine that legal entities and individual entrepreneurs till December 1, 2011 submit applications, documents and (or) data for issue of job specifications on leave of the ethyl rectified technical alcohol and ethyl denatured alcohol received from food or non-food raw materials for 2012 to the Belarusian state concern on production and realization of pharmaceutical and microbiological products.
2. To provide to the Belarusian state concern on production and realization of pharmaceutical and microbiological products till December 15, 2011 consideration of the applications, documents and (or) data for issue of job specifications on leave of the ethyl rectified technical alcohol and ethyl denatured alcohol received from food or non-food raw materials, registration and issue of the specified job specifications and also to take other measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
