About modification of the Regulations on procedure of voyennotekhnichesky cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 No. 1062

For the purpose of further enhancement of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states I decide:

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of September 10, 2005 N 1062 "Questions of military and technical cooperation of the Russian Federation with foreign states" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, N 38, Art. 3800; 2007, N 52, Art. 6425; 2008, N 49, Art. 5764; N 50, of Art. 5901; 2009, N 42, Art. 4917; N 50, of Art. 6074; 2011, N 21, Art. 2925; N 31, of the Art. 4708), following changes:

a) to add the subitem "v" of Item 2 with the paragraph of the following content:

"preparation according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 2.2 this provision, to delivery of the military products included in the list N 1, containing the data which are the state secret (without transfer of data), in the foreign states included in the list N 2, before issue of the expert opinion of the Interdepartmental commission on protection of the state secret on possibility of transfer of such data to foreign state.";

b) add with Items 2.2 - 2.4 following of content:

"2.2. The preparation for delivery of military products provided by the paragraph the ninth the subitem "v" of Item 2 this provision includes:

a) the notification of the foreign customer on the introduction of the signed contract (agreement) in force, obtaining from the foreign customer of the financial resources necessary for performance of works;

b) purchase by the organizations - developers and producers of military products of the equipment and materials;

c) implementation of technological transactions on production of the specified military products;
