About change, amendment and recognition voided some orders of the Government

Based on Item b provisions) parts (2) article 29 of the Law on permission of accomplishment of construction works No. 163 of July 9, 2010. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 155-158, of the Art. 549) and for the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of Item b) parts (1) article 11 of the specified law, and also Item f provisions) parts (1) article 4 of the Law on quality in construction No. 721-XIII of February 2, 1996. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 25, the Art. 259), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes and additions which are made to some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 1.

2. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction.

3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.
