ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF ECONOMICS OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About approval of additions which are made to appendix to the Order No. 66 of 4.05.2010.

Based on provisions of the Art. of 104 litas. g) The tax code I ORDER:

1. Approve according to amendment appendix which are brought in appendix to the Order No. 66 of 4.05.2010 about approvals of the List of economic agents of the companies of light industry and the types of service rendered by them in the territory of the Republic of Moldova to applicants of customs regime of conversion on customs area liable to VAT on zero rate.

2. Publish this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy Mr. Octavian Kalmyk.
