Article 1. Bring in part the second article 45 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 1992 "About conscription and military service" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 (Vyarkhochnaga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No. 29, Art. 501; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 85, 2/976) following change:

1. To exclude Item 8 of part 1 of Article 48.
