"Article 22.16. Violation of requirements for use of national segment of the Internet
1. Implementation of sales activity of goods, to performance of works, rendering services in the territory of the Republic of Belarus with use of the information networks, systems and resources having connection to the Internet, which are not placed in the territory of the Republic of Belarus and (or) are not registered in accordance with the established procedure
attracts imposing of penalty on the individual entrepreneur or the legal entity in the amount of ten up to thirty basic sizes.
2. Violation of requirements of legal acts for implementation of identification of subscriber devices when rendering Internet services and (or) users of Internet services in Items of collective use of Internet services, to accounting and storage of data on subscriber devices, personal data of users of Internet services, and also data on the rendered Internet services
attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of five up to fifteen basic sizes.
3. Violation of requirements of the legislation for restriction of access for users of Internet services to information prohibited to distribution according to legal acts
attracts imposing of penalty on the individual entrepreneur or the legal entity in the amount of ten up to thirty basic sizes.".
