About interaction of the higher school of the State Parties of the CIS in the course of integration into the all-European system of the higher education, development of cooperation with the international organizations

Estimating the measures which are positively undertaken in recent years in Western and Central Europe for forming of single European area of the higher education within the Bologna Process;

dividing formulated in the Bologna declaration and in solutions of the Prague 2001 of meeting of Ministers of Education of the purpose and methods of forming of such area;

recognizing Bologna Process as the effective way of harmonization of systems of the higher education, forming of European Single Market of highly skilled work and the higher education promoting improvement of quality and competitiveness of the educational services represented by educational institutions;

understanding that participation of the State Parties of the CIS in Bologna Process should be considered in the context of national interests of the State Parties of the CIS, in the field of cooperation and integration with the European countries;

recognizing need of coordinated actions in case of integration into the all-European system of the higher education;

being guided in the activities by provisions of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of education of the State Parties of the CIS of May 15, 1992 and the Agreement on cooperation on forming of single (general) educational space of the State Parties of the CIS of January 17, 1997, the VIII Conference of Ministers of Education of the State Parties of the CIS, having discussed the content of Bologna Process, problem and perspective connected with integration of the higher school of the State Parties of the CIS into the all-European space of the higher education solved:

1. Develop on cooperative principles development and realization of the approved educational policy in case of the solution of similar tasks of reforming of the higher school, integration of education systems of the State Parties of the CIS into the all-European system of the higher education.
