Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of May 7, 1998 N 75-FZ "About non-state pension funds" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 19, Art. 2071; 2001, N 7, Art. 623; 2003, N 2, Art. 166; 2005, N 19, Art. 1755; 2007, N 50, Art. 6247; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2009, N 29, Art. 3619; N 52, of Art. 6454; 2010, N 17, Art. 1988; 2011, N 29, Art. 4291) following changes:

1) the paragraph third the subitem 1 of Item 3 of article 34 after the words "from fund in fund" to add with the words "about purpose of funded portion of work pension";

2) in subitem 5 of Article 36.2 of the word of "payment to insured persons" shall be replaced with words "based on the statement of insured person for purpose of funded portion of work pension which form affirms authorized federal body, payment", "agreements" to replace the word with the word "agreement";

3) in Article 36.12:

a) state the name in the following edition:
