Article 1

Bring in article 11.1 of the Federal Law of November 24, 1995 N 181-FZ "About social protection of disabled people in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, N 48, Art. 4563; 2003, N 43, Art. 4108; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; 2010, N 50, Art. 6609) following changes:

Part the sixteenth to state 1) in the following edition:

"The annual monetary compensation to disabled people of maintenance costs and veterinary servicing of seeing eye dogs is established in the amount of 17 420 rubles.";

To add 2) with parts of the seventeenth and eighteenth of the following content:

"The size of annual monetary compensation to disabled people of maintenance costs and veterinary servicing of seeing eye dogs increases (is indexed) according to the Federal Law on the federal budget for the corresponding year and for planning period taking into account the rate of inflation (consumer prices). The decision on increase (indexation) of the specified annual monetary compensation is made by the Government of the Russian Federation.

The payment procedure of annual monetary compensation to disabled people of maintenance costs and veterinary servicing of seeing eye dogs is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2012.
