Article 1

Bring in the Budget code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 31, Art. 3823; 2005, N 1, Art. 8; 2007, N 18, Art. 2117; 2009, N 1, Art. 18; 2010, N 19, Art. 2291) following changes:

Item 4 of article 219 after words of "investigation and search operations" to add 1) with the words "and implementation of security measures concerning the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial";

Item 5 of Article 241 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. Budget implementation on expenses on operational search activities and on implementation of security measures concerning the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial will be organized by federal executive bodies and other state bodies, authorized to perform such activities and such measures, with respect for the features established according to the Federal Law of August 12, 1995 N 144-FZ "About operational search activities" and the Federal Law of August 20, 2004 N 119-FZ "About the state protection of the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial".".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of August 20, 2004 N 119-FZ "About the state protection of the victims, witnesses and other participants of criminal trial" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 34, the Art. 3534) the following changes:

The word "Financing" to replace 1) in the name of Chapter 6 with the word "Financial";

2) in Article 28:
