Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 N 53-FZ "About conscription and military service" (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 13, Art. 1475; N 30, of Art. 3613; 2002, N 30, Art. 3033; 2003, N 27, Art. 2700; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2005, N 14, Art. 1212; N 40, of Art. 3987; 2006, N 1, Art. 10, 22; 2007, N 49, Art. 6074; 2008, N 30, Art. 3616; N 49, of Art. 5746; 2009, N 18, Art. 2149; 2010, N 11, Art. 1176; N 49, of the Art. 6415) following changes:

1) Item 1 of Article 5.1 after words "appeal on military charges," to add with words "passing of alternative civil service,";

2) in Article 8:

a) in paragraph three of Item 1 of the word "or alternative civil service" to exclude;

b) the paragraph one of Item 2 after words of "three months" to add with the words "or passing alternative civil service";

3) in Item 1 of Article 10:

a) to add paragraph two after words of "three months" with the words "or passing alternative civil service";

b) word in paragraph four "dismissal from alternative civil service," to exclude.

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 N 113-FZ "About alternative civil service" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 30, Art. 3030; 2004, N 35, Art. 3607; 2006, N 29, Art. 3122) following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in item 4 of Article 5 of the word "in case of its dismissal from alternative civil service" "in case of the termination of alternative civil service";

Item 1 of Article 21 to add 2) with the paragraph of the following content:
