"b) getting postgraduate professional education on full-time courses in educational institutions of higher education, educational institutions of additional professional education, the scientific organizations for the main educational programs of postgraduate professional education carried to the accredited enlarged groups of the directions of preparation and specialties - for the period of training, but not over normative terms of development of the main educational programs and for the period of protection of qualification work, but no more than one year after completion of training in the educational program of postgraduate professional education;".
Determine that citizens who were granted draft deferment on military service according to the subitem "b" of Item 2 of article 24 of the Federal Law of March 28, 1998 N 53-FZ "About conscription and military service" about day of entry into force of this Federal Law use the specified delay before the expiration of its action or before disappearance of its basis.
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2013.
