About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bodies of homeland security of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 78) the following changes:

The legal basis of activities of bodies of homeland security is constituted by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, this Law and other regulatory legal acts, and also the international agreements which came in the procedure established by the law into force which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.".
3. In Article 4:

"Bodies of homeland security when implementing the activities shall observe rights and freedoms of man and citizen. For the purpose of ensuring national security, public order, protection of the rights and freedoms of other persons of right and freedom of man and citizen can be temporarily limited. Restrictions shall be proportional to the specified purposes according to the procedure and the limits determined by the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
By this Law restrictions of the rights and freedoms in other purposes cannot be set and more than it is provided by the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
