1. Approve the enclosed Method of calculation of rates (the prices, rate of charges) on regulated services of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of air navigation taking into account conducting separate accounting of the income, costs and the involved assets.

2. To department of administrative work and analysis of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies (Esirkepov E. O.) bring this order to the attention of structural divisions and territorial authorities of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies, the Ministries of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state company "Kazaeronavigation".

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation of natural monopolies Smagulov K. M.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
