The governments and the Central (national) Banks of the states - members of the Commonwealth Nezavisimgkh Gosudarstv, further referred to as with the Parties,
confirming commitment to the purposes and the principles determined by the Concept of cooperation and coordination of activities of the State Parties of the Commonwealth in the currency sphere approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of September 15, 2004
recognizing that the effective cooperation in the currency sphere is necessary component of economic integration, promotes development of trade and economic and investment relations between the State Parties of the CIS, provides growth of economic capacity of each State Party of the CIS,
proceeding from need of creation of conditions for the liberalized capital movement which is basis of effective resource allocation within the CIS
aiming at further harmonization and standardization of the legislation of gosudarstvuchastnik of the CIS in the currency sphere taking into account the international practice and to carrying out coordinated policy in the field of currency control and currency exchange control, agreed as follows:
The terms used in this agreement mean:
the foreign exchange legislation - the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the State Parties of the CIS establishing regulations and the principles of currency control and currency exchange control;
the third countries - the states which are not the State Parties of this agreement;
